How to see targeted country traffic in customised dashboard

Hello, I am creating a customized dashboard in Google Analytics and I want to see only targeted country traffic. What filter should I use? Basically, what should I do?

You can create a segment.

You can exclude other ip address to see accurate targeted cities and countries.
