Je viens de recevoir la réponse du staff Google. Donc apparemment, il n'y aurait pas de pénalité. Que penser de cette fameuse désindexation qui touche de nombreux sites maintenant ?
Hi David,
Thank you for your note. We searched for your site and found that it is currently included in our search results. To see the results of our search, please visit the following link:
https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=U ... gle+Search
The Google index contains two types of pages: fully indexed and partially indexed pages. Your page is currently partially indexed. Because our robots were unable to completely review its content during our last crawl, your site appears without a cached copy or detailed title. Instead, it's listed by its URL.
The heart of our software consists of PageRank, a system that determines the order in which pages are displayed in our index. Important, high-quality sites receive a higher PageRank, which Google remembers each time a user visits that site. Please be assured that partial indexing does not adversely affect your PageRank. It is also possible that your page will be fully indexed during our next crawl, which will be completed soon.
We hope this information is helpful to you. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Regards,
The Google Team

Hello,
I realized, initially, that the pages of my site www.mon*site.com were present without titles and descriptions by using the order "site:" in the window of search for Google.
Unfortunately, one sees from now on only www.mon*site.com/ with the order "site:www.mon*site.com"
A "friend" had occupied himself of the optimization of my site and had registered it with URL-TRADE.COM I removed all that and my site is clean now, completely conforms to
https://www.google.fr/intl/fr/webmasters/guidelines.html !
Having removed any trace, I will wish to return completely in the index PLEASE.
Cordially,
DM
